Twelve new limited-edition helmets by Royal Enfield come with an inner lining treated with Polygiene Stays Fresh® technology to keep the helmets fresh after long, hard rides.
The helmets are being launched during the 120 years anniversary of the company. The range consists of hand-painted helmets to commemorate the twelve decades of Royal Enfield’s rich history, with one helmet for each decade starting in 1901 until 2021.
All helmets will have a longer effective life thanks to their sustainable odor-control technology. Only 120 hand-painted helmets of each model are being produced and all models are selling out within minutes as they become available.
We all had that piece of clothing that was cheaply made, wouldn’t look right on the body, or would lose shape and color after the first wash. It would soon end up in the landfill after a very short life in our wardrobes.
Well, sadly, these bad fast fashion purchases produce over 400% more carbon emissions per item per year than garments worn 50 times and kept for a full year. As clothing joins the rest of the garbage in landfills, it breaks down and releases toxic greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide and methane into the environment.
Something to think about. Polygiene encourages people to choose better quality, durable items that will serve us for years.
